2. Products & Custom Orders

All items are custom-made and hand-painted based on the details you provide at the time of purchase.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All personalization details (names, dates, colors, etc.) are accurate and final at the time of submission
  • Any mockups or proofs provided must be reviewed carefully before approval
  • Once approved, designs will be created exactly as shown

Because each item is handmade, slight variations may occur. These are not considered defects — they’re part of what makes your piece one-of-a-kind.

3. Order Accuracy

The Preppy Paintbrush is not responsible for errors due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Misspelled names
  • Incorrect dates
  • Wrong color selections
  • Incorrect shipping addresses

Please double-check all details before placing your order or approving a mockup.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

5. Turnaround Time

All items are made to order. Estimated turnaround times are provided but are not guaranteed, as they may vary based on order volume, complexity, or unforeseen delays.

6. Shipping

Once your order has been shipped or dropped off with the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

The Preppy Paintbrush is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Damage that occurs during transit

However, we will always do our best to assist you if an issue arises.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to those terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of The Preppy Paintbrush and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Preppy Paintbrush shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or website.
