At The Preppy Paintbrush, every item is made to order and hand-painted with care. Because of this, shipping timelines include both processing time and carrier delivery time.

Local Pickup 

If local pickup is offered, you will be contacted when your order is ready with pickup details.

You will be required to choose your pickup location at the time of checkout. Should your pickup location need changing, please email info@thepreppypaintbrush.com within 3 business days. 

Processing Time

All orders require time to be designed, painted, and prepared for shipment.

  • Processing times will vary based on order volume and customization
  • Estimated turnaround times are provided but are not guaranteed
  • You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped

Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders using trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Once your order has been shipped or dropped off with the carrier, it is no longer in our control and is in the hands of the postal service.

The Preppy Paintbrush is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

If you believe your shipping address was entered incorrectly, please contact us within 3 business days of placing your order. While we cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun, we will do our best to update it if possible.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A photo of the shipping label

While we cannot guarantee outcomes once the package is in transit, we will absolutely do our best to work with you and help find a solution whenever possible.

Address Accuracy

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

The Preppy Paintbrush is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
