Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At The Preppy Paintbrush, every item is custom-made and hand-painted based on the details provided at the time of order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are considered final.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds, or replacements will only be accepted in the event of a shop error.
A shop error is defined as a mistake made on our end that causes your item to differ from the approved design, order details, or agreed-upon specifications.
Please note:
- Errors resulting from customer-provided information (including misspelled names, incorrect dates, or other submitted details) are not eligible for return or refund.
- If a mockup or proof was provided and approved prior to production, the order will be completed exactly as shown.
- Orders with manually entered personalization will be created exactly as submitted.
If you believe your order contains a shop error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. Once reviewed and confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, materials may already be prepped or production may have begun, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
